1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, making a deposit, or using the Betvisa Casino platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Betvisa Casino, operating under a PAGCOR license in the Philippines.
2. Definitions
"Account" means your registered Betvisa player account. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to your account. "Cash Balance" means real money in your account. "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be played through before withdrawal. "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. "PHP" means Philippine Pesos. "Free Spins" means complimentary slot game spins. "GCash" and "Maya" refer to Philippine digital wallets.
3. Eligibility
To register and play at Betvisa you must: be at least 21 years old (PAGCOR requirement); be a resident of the Philippines or a country where online gambling is legally permitted; not be self-excluded from Betvisa or listed in PAGCOR's exclusion registry; not be a Betvisa employee or their immediate family member. Betvisa reserves the right to refuse registration or close accounts if eligibility criteria are not met.
4. Account Registration
Only one account per person, mobile number, email address, household, device, and IP address is permitted. You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times is considered abuse and will result in all accounts being closed and funds forfeited. Betvisa may verify your identity at any time.
5. KYC Verification (Required Before First Withdrawal)
Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. KYC does not block you from playing — only from withdrawing until verified. Required documents: (a) government-issued photo ID (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID); (b) a clear selfie holding your ID next to your face. Processing typically takes 1 to 24 hours. Large transactions may require additional source-of-funds documentation.
6. AML Compliance
Betvisa complies with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160 as amended). Suspicious transactions are reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players must not use Betvisa to launder money, fund illegal activities, or obscure the origin of funds.
7. Deposits (PHP)
The minimum deposit is ₱50. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and bank transfer. Deposits are credited instantly (GCash and Maya) or within 30 minutes (bank transfer). Betvisa does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply charges. Deposits must be made by the account holder using their own payment method.
8. Withdrawals
KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit (GCash, Maya, or bank account). Minimum withdrawal is ₱100. Processing time: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours; bank transfers within 1 to 3 business days. Betvisa does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals may be delayed if additional verification is required under AML regulations.
9. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 months of no login or transaction activity. Betvisa will notify you by email before classifying an account as dormant. After 24 months of inactivity, the account may be closed and the balance returned to the last verified payment method. No dormancy fees are charged.
10. Bonuses & Promotions
The ₱60,000 welcome bonus and 250 free spins are activated automatically after first deposit — no promo code required. Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds before withdrawal. Maximum bet during active bonus wagering may be restricted. Free spins and bonus funds must be used within 14 days of activation. 11. Restricted Behaviour
The following activities are prohibited and will result in account suspension: creating multiple accounts; using bots or automated betting software; colluding with other players; exploiting software bugs or errors; using VPN services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions; chargeback abuse; and money laundering.
12. Account Suspension & Closure
Betvisa may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, regulatory direction, or self-exclusion requests. On closure, verified account balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any promotional credits. Players may close their own account at any time via Account Settings or by contacting support.
13. Limitation of Liability
Betvisa's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim. Betvisa is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider outages beyond our control.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts. PAGCOR serves as the primary regulatory body for complaints and dispute resolution.
15. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, the process is: (1) Contact Betvisa 24/7 live chat or email support — response within 24 hours, resolution within 7 days. (2) Escalate to Betvisa Senior Management — escalation within 14 days. (3) File a formal complaint with PAGCOR Enforcement Division at pagcor.ph — 30 days. 16. Changes to These Terms
Betvisa may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a website notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
